Selling a very lightly used Kippington Work Pony. 225x55mm and 194g. Jules' work is impeccable. It came with a near zero edge so I earned a couple microchips from parsley or cilantro sand I'm sure (small even for microchips but I wanted to disclose and tried to photograph). Should sharpen out on the next sharpening but I'll leave that up to the buyer as I'd not burn steel just for their sake. I put an edge on it with a JKI blue speckle 6k stone and the slurry left some streaks in the finish. A couple freckling spots on the spine and also the thumb side of the blade and some patina. Again, I'm sure they'd come out with some metal polish but I'll leave that to the next owner. Performance of this blade is off the charts; what you hear about these is not hyperbole, truly a league of its own. Price is shipped via USPS. Sales to US only please. No trades unless someone tempts me with cash plus an AU Eddworks gyuto but I won't count on it.

$750 SOLD
