A small green parrot
Hello!
This one carries on from my recent knives - designing stuff that is aimed more towards home users... but honestly it would also work well in a professional kitchen. This is a true laser, so it should go towards an experienced user who knows what kind of force it takes to chip a high hardness edge that is thin enough to flex with your finger-nail.
Like the last knife, this is shorter than my usual size but with a flatter profile and not as much belly when compared to a standard gyuto of this length.
