Stone finished and perfected by hand, final stone Maruoyama shiro suita. Absolutely exceptional balance and geometry. Long gental convex grind.
All weight flows into the palm of the hand, effortless movement of blade, exceptional ease of cutting, and what feels like almost permanent sharpness with such an incredible HRC, but toughness and resilience to the steel.
After experiencing the ENN I have had all of my custom blades made in the image of the ENN as it is the most perfect blade I have ever handled.
