Kitchen Knife Trade Shows in US?

Just noticed there was a "New York Custom Knife Show" later this month. It looks like it's for EDC knives though. It made me wonder...is there a kitchen knife trade show or convention in the United States? Or is there small gathering within EDC knife conventions or cooking equipment-focused trade shows? I definitely see the meetups here but was curious if they get any bigger than that.

You might find stuff at the annual BLADE show but even that is pretty EDC/Outdoor oriented.

CCKS, mainly folders but some chef knife makers are going. Blade Atlanta would be your best bet.

2023 ECG (July 16) will have 6-7 kitchen knife makers, as well >200 knives from various makers throughout the world. Yeah, it's at a house, but it's free, and easily drivable from NJ.

It's a great opportunity to see, touch, feel and even cut produce with, a metric crapload of kitchen knives.

Plus the food is better than at convention centers.

The Blade show in Atlanta has more and more custom kitchen cutlery every year. Every one wants to be the next Bob Kramer. A few of the Japanese makers have set up there in the past but the whole covid thing has made life difficult for them.
