Thick knives save lives
Up for sale tonight is a 180mm deba from Kiya Hamono. Has some chipping along the edge, mostly in the back half of the knife. Little bit of a bend towards the tip but I didn't notice it during sharpening so I think it shouldn't be an issue in the future. Iron is not the softest but the core is pretty nice, refines easily and quickly, better than I thought it would be to be honest. Selling because I have another 180mm on the way and I'd like to try to keep things organized
