Bought a 240 HD2. Was a B-stock due to cracked handle. I'd been thinking about getting a 210 HD2 again and this came up and I couldn't refuse.

I'd entered Tosho's raffle for the Jiro Nakiri and the The9's raffle for the gyuto.

I usually have Antica, Cocchi, and Martini Rosso in the fridge. The Antica usually gets consumed on the rocks with an orange twist. I often do a split base of Cocchi and Martini for drinks, but really just depends on the mood.
