classic 😂 congrats man....did I really need another knife, no. But let me know if she doesn't suit you, ever since I sold the Birg I had ive longed for another one. Ive had many a knife put a smile on my face, but aside from Eddworks I have not personally had to many knives that have that level of cutting feel/performance for the price. I only sold my Birg to help fund another purchase I was after and felt it was a bit to delicate for me but ive been chasing performances and his knives stand out in that price range IMO.

You should give Henry Hyde a try. Mine has a very similar cutting feel to Eddworks and Birgersson - light and easy through produce. I put a little relief low-angle bevel on mine as the edge itself was a bit robust, but since then it’s been one of my favorite cutters. His regular work should be in the same price range too.

Last month I messaged that seller about negotiating the price on the ginsan mm and the dude said no, and thought that he had priced it fairly.
