Ok but where's the knife finding
Tosho (? either that or it was Ai & Om) weren't kidding when they said there would be a price increase with those .

One of the links had a /en-ca in the site address so that was the Canadian version of the site. I don't think CKC has a currency dropdown menu, so you just need to check the country that it's set to.For some reason, it's showing a Canadian price. I've updated the link so it should show us.
For some reason, Carbon won't let you change currency but it changed it to Canadian
They used to have a dropdown but removed it a year or so ago. As far as I know there is no way to change the country other than entering it in the url.One of the links had a /en-ca in the site address so that was the Canadian version of the site. @Gregmega @Mikeadunne pls buy this so I don’t have to
I bought a G-3 mini, same use as Ajikiri.I'm really interested in these fish knives, the description says SK-5 but the engraving says Aogami, anyway seems pretty fun alternative to deba and western fillets.

I was thinking about getting this, but wasn’t sure if I should wait for a Suiboko on Monday or not. Some reasonably priced Takada at Bernal

Depends on your preference and budget I guess, Suiboku is beautiful but I doubt it will perform differently, so for $200 more you are mainly paying for finish and Tanaka blue #1. (I remember Takada blue #2 is forged by Nakagawa, they are not bad at all)I was thinking about getting this, but wasn’t sure if I should wait for a Suiboko on Monday or not.
Thanks, you convinced me to just buy this one.Depends on your preference and budget I guess, Suiboku is beautiful but I doubt it will perform differently, so for $200 more you are mainly paying for finish and Tanaka blue #1. (I remember Takada blue #2 is forged by Nakagawa, they are not bad at all)

Yeah alot of Takadas are only 45mm for a 240, which I find bit short.Nice heel height also...
Noticed that as well. That was the other reason I decided not to wait.Nice heel height also...

You have to go to the Pro line to get a 240mm.Why does it seem you can only get those guys in smaller sizes? Can't remember seeing a 240
I suspect this line is too thin to make 240s. Too bad, I would love one if they offered it!Why does it seem you can only get those guys in smaller sizes? Can't remember seeing a 240
