Knife ID steel,maker any info?

Hey friends!
I’ve bought a yanagiba, seems to be in overall good quality and vintage, but I have zero information about maker, steel and other related info.
Google lens is not helping… do some of you know something?

It is Sukenari.
I'm not sure but I think the steel is white steel. if it is stainless like VG10 or SG2, or blue steel it has a stamp that shows it.

Thank you it seems to be carbon steel, not an overall expensive knife, but a decent one.. looks like White #2 on the website…thank you again!
