I've seen this once! But it does have a carbon steel core. How reactive is the steel? Good for home use?

The JCK is a crazy good value for money, despite a very....utilitarian handle. Comes sharp, retains it well, and gets it back easily. They recently added the 240 so I snagged one of those as well, should arrive Monday.
