SOLD Kobayashi 210mm SG2 Gyuto

About three years ago I picked up this Gyuto by Kei Kobayashi. A WTB posted this week for a Christmas present for a GF got me thinking that this knife was a great Christmas present for a Wife, GF or SO from the fair sex. It’s new, never used, and IMO very attractive for a person with a smaller hand. As I recall it cost me about $300 plus cross border costs. I’ll be happy to receive $235 shipped and insured in North America.

It’s forged from an SG2 core with a soft stainless cladding. The handle is seven sided, stained and lacquer treated. It is a true laser.
