Bought this from Hocho knives couple month ago, while this is a very good knife, I just don't use it as much as others due to its profile. Very thin both behind edge and at the spine, comparable to the popular Shibata knives. The saya is from Hocho, friction fit, very tight. There are some scratched on the cladding I didn't bother to fix since the soft stainless scrathes really easy. Sharpened it couple weeks ago, it keeps a good edge like most SG2 knives. I bought this for $320 with saya, now asking $300$290 with saya, $270 without, CONUS/Canada, I will cover the first $10 of shipping.

i use mine every day. a true carrot whisperer :) and not as ubiquitous as other some other ’lasers’. highly recommended.
