Formalities, no formalities, I would say that the Kaiju deserves a write-off.
The "myths" on KKF are true. This is a knife that is an echelon above others with quality; quality that I do not expect to find elsewhere for a very long time.
This was the knife for me and one I never thought I would sell but here I am.
This has been used a handful of times and has been stropped, but not sharpened.
The original kiri box and finger stones (not pictured) from Tosho are included as well.
There will definitely be controversy price-wise, but this was what I paid several months ago and I will not be looking to negotiate for a knife of this caliber.
No trades at the moment unless you have something really special (e.g. River Jump Gyuto).
Asking: $1550 (at cost with fees into account) shipped CONUS.
