Hello, got a big trip to Chicago, and dinner at Smyth on the books, so need to free up some additional funds.
I am the original owner, bought from Tosho in 2020. Has seen very light kitchen use and 1 sharpening on 1k. Stropped on jnats. Has marks near handle from the woods saya it comes with and was stored in. Lovely knife and incredible cutter, but find myself using other gyuto at work.
