Offered here are some drawer queens that definitely deserves a new home. All BNIB, never sharpened.

1. Yoshikane White #2 Brushed Kurouchi finish with Ho wood handle - $145 (iron cladded)
-really great grind. This can be great for many things - an amazing a gift, polishing toy for an avid sharpener or a fantastic all arounder in a home/pro kitchen.

2. HD2 240mm Gyuto with Ebony handle (with saya) $ 360
-amazing perfomer and amazing f&f on the handle. Got a few other gyutos coming in so this classic has got to go.

3. HD2 210mm Petty with Ebony handle (with saya) - $295
- Bought this along with the an 180mm petty, and i gravitate towards 180mm for sure. This one is perfect as a line knife, for trimming and just about anything except butchery. (maybe you could do it).
