Hello,

I would like to sell this Konosuke that I have had since March 2020, purchased from Ai&Om. It’s a lightweight gyuto that I have used more as a petty. I have sharpened it about 5 times. There are a few scuff marks that I have tried to highlight in the photos. Outside of the marks this knife is in perfect condition, it comes with the original saya including the pin and the original box as well.

Here are the specs.

Length: 204 mm
Height: 42 mm
Weight: 121 grams
Steel: Swedish
Handle: Khii Laurel

The fit and finish is what you would expect from a Konosuke and it is a breeze to sharpen, can achieve a pretty fine edge and is tough. Edge retention is not great but this expected from Swedish/aebl.

Asking $240 $215 shipped/insured in US

Here’s to small gyuto = big petty.
GLWS!

why there isn’t there a beer Stein clinking emoji? 🤷🏻‍♂️

I have an older 240 version of this knife, Kono HH. Edge holding is not that bad, on par with ginsan and a little nicer on the stones. It remains in my work rotation, despite a lot of competition from my growing collection. GLWS!
