A knife order coming out of surprise so some knives will go for their loving new home:

1. Konosuke no.6 cleaver SOLD

220x110, 545g. The handle has been upgraded to a 6 pin handle with sycamore and super conductor bottom cap. Top quality made by Matte Delosso.

Used and patina removed using nugui oil.

$705 including shipping and fees.



2. Yoshikane Amekiri gyuto by KNS SOLD

243x50, 230g. Comes with KNS upgraded marble horn ebony handle, and KNS wood says (can't remember the wood species). A great cutter with the full package from KNS.

White steel core and ss clad. Used and removed the patina.

$315 including shipping and fees.



3. Wakui migaki gyuto SOLD

240x50, 213g. White steel core and ss clad. A great knife with spot on treatment of white 2 steel.
