Hey guys! Some of you likely already know me. My name is Logan abdell, though often in business transactions I will use my middle name and go by Logan Pierce. Either is correct!
I Wanted to make my first post on here as an official sponsor and newly a distributor. As some of you know I’ve moved a bit into the retail side of things regarding kitchen knives. I am currently working with multiple very exciting blacksmiths to expand stock, and currently what I have available are some Kurouichi Shigefusa knives.

If you are interested in what I have available, or are looking for somewhere new to find unique kitchen knives while doing online shopping then swing by my website and check it out. Stock will be updated continuously so subscribe to the mailing list of you’d like to be kept up to date on what’s new. I do not spam your email inbox.

Now for the knife! A 165mm Kurouchi Nakiri made by Shigefusa. Hopefully the first of many to be available in the coming months.

Full Length: about 310 mm
Blade Length 165 mm
Thicknes: 2 mm
Weight: 160 g
Steel: Swedish carbon steel
Handle: D-Shaped Ho wood with buffalo horn
Finish: Kurouchi

$380USD

I have always wanted to try a shigefusa. I have room for one more knife. Either a 210 gyuto or 150 petty. Whenever I saw one available, I didn't have the funds, and Whenever I had the funds, they were all sold out.
