Up for grabs is my Kurosaki Raijin gyuto. This knife has seen some use at work, but not a whole lot. I’ve lightly thinned it as I’ve sharpened it (it’s been sharpened maybe 3 times total) to keep it from getting chunky behind the edge. As you will see in the pictures, I suck as polishing so there some visible scratches left from the 220 grit stone I used to start thinning and flattening out the bevels a little. I didn’t get a choil shot or measurements yet, but I’ll post those when I get home from work later this afternoon.
