Let me introduce myself

Hey I'm Hensed (David) and I'm wanting to become a new member because I'm seeking any new information from a new pool of knife nuts. I've been active on CKTG for a couple of years and I'm just looking to expand my knowledge, and eventually being able to participate in the classified section.

My budding knife collection is mostly gyutos and I typically prefer the 270 and 240 variety. Very few of the 270s and 240s are of the advertised size so I find that I'm getting big 240s and big 210s. Most of my blades are fully reactive as I'm a home cook and don't mind the upkeep. I probably have about two dozen knives in my collection.
