This was originally purchased at StrataPortland, originally priced at $595 USD.

I am selling it for $500 USD $460USDwhich includes PayPal fees and shipping within the continental United States.

I am selling this knife because I prefer my taller Tanaka x Kyuzo KU version.

I have only used this knife once for a few minutes. It has not been touched up or stropped.

Of all the Kyuzos I have tried, this one has been sharpened (by Kyuzo) at a steeper angle compared to my others and is a bit thinner than my taller Kyuzo.

After cutting with it, I checked the edge by gliding my thumbnail to see if there were any microchips. Surprisingly, it seems to handle the steep angle well.

Please note that since I have used it, there seems to be a light patina, so I doubt there is any lacquer left.

Also, the core seems more highly polished than my taller version.
