Also is drug screening just standard now in America? Australia wouldn't have chefs if they were screened :D

I actually started a “how to pass a drug test” thread here many years ago. Pretty controversial subject apparently and the thread was shut down.

As a former manager of IT, I would of had zero skilled employees without the ability to "pass" a drug test. Pot and computers are like peas and carrots.

I was going to apply until I realized "line cook" didn't include any actual lines...

Don't worry Panda the whizzinator comes in Asian sizes too. :D

Edit: On a serious note it would be awesome to work with someone as passionate as yourself.

I was also intimidated by the thought of an interview in the walk in...
But I encourage anyone else who can take advantage of this opportunity to do it!
I would if I could swing it...

I still have quite a few contacts in Miami and a few of my old cooks may be searching for better opportunities.
I came back to Atlanta about 2 years ago but I was the Exec. Chef of the Hilton Cabana on Collins/62nd for a few years so all my contacts are right there in your area. I'll reach out to a few of them and send them your way.
