I'm in the market for a new petty. Looking for something with a 150-170mm edge length with a decently thick spine at the heel (at least 2.5mm). Prefer a Wa handle, but might be into a Western. Preference for carbon steel, but open to stainless. I'd like to keep this one under $200. Thanks!
