Bought too many knives and I need to make room in the drawer this is a custom Nakiri from Lucid that cuts really and has decent heft to it, but I find myself reaching for shorter gyutos more. Ancient red gum handle. I’ve reset the patina and put on a kasumi. There are some faint scratches from use on the core steel that are hard to catch on pics/vid, but I’ve only used it for 4-5 meal preps. For those with allergies this has a nickel layer! His work really is clean and undervalued, and I’ll definitely be looking to get a gyuto from him in the future
