I’m actually not sure why I’m selling it, but I’m feeling like purging some less-used knives today. Purchased from BST a little while ago. Polishing that iron cladding is great fun too and probably one of the best all around values for money I’ve seen. Love my 210, tempted to get this 240 just to have both sizes... GLWS!
