I am selling, with a lot of pain, my Mutsumi. Specs here:

Mutsumi Hinoura Tsuchime Kurouchi 240 mm Gyuto
Soft iron clad w/ shirogami 2 core
Handle: Birdeye Maple and Black Horn

Asking 370 + shipping

First owner and lightly used (Probably 5 - 7 times). Only lightly stroped on leather

Mutsumi doesn’t get a lotta hype around here and there’s a ton to like about his stuff. Great taper, excellent grinds, and excellent hot on the shiro 2. I had a 180 petty from him and it’s still a knife I think about after selling it. More than a lot of other knives I’ve purchased. GLWS
