Started out with quality knives, continued on with high-end Japanese factory knives, got in to carbon knives from Japan, and am currently crushing on hand-made knives from Sweden.

No. Unfortunately I'm a doctor of the useless kind in any life-threatening situation. But I'm quite knowledgeable in supply chain management. ;-)

I've not met any fellow knife heads in Borås. But Sweden has a strong tradition with steel that seems to have been a good breeding ground for our talented knife makers.
