I don't remember who turned me on to Marie Sharps Belize pepper sauces on this forum. I order it online since can't find it here. Get the 10oz bottles of the red and green slightly milder variety.

Last order tried the Smoked Habanero sauce. This is awesome pepper sauce it adds some heat and a smoky flavor to whatever you add it too.

I like the El Yucateco green too. I stay away from the fire stuff anything 8 and under on the hot scale. What I like is how much flavor her sauces have.

Yea Marie Sharp’s it’s my favorite hot sauce outside my own. The secret other than proprietary Chili’s are the carrots.

:DYes different strokes. I like vinegar. Carolina style BBQ most BBQ have way too much sugar for my taste. Vinegar chicken, red wine vinegar salad dressing:)
