It really kills me to list this knife for sale. As some of you may have seen, I am selling a lot of stabilized wood on the forum right now, but it is slow going and I need to raise some money more quickly. I searched LONG and hard for a Mario and when I finally found one it was something to behold. The fit and finish on this blade is just fantastic, as good as I've seen. This blade is about 260mm from heel to tip, height at the heel is 52mm. The feather damascus steel is from HHH and is carbon steel. The original handle had a small crack in it so I ended up replacing the handle with a custom Stefan Keller handle that I had on hand. It is made from African Blackwood, black and white fossil coral end cap, and mammoth ivory ferrule. Had a hard time getting the mammoth ivory to show up in the photos, it is gorgeous. It has only been used two times VERY lightly in a home environment and wiped down immediately so there is no patina. This knife is pretty much brand new. Asking $1200 which is exactly how much I have in it.

Woooow dude.. that knife is a stunner. The handle is absolutely amazing too.. I can see how this would be hard to let go! GLWS!

This post makes me doubly sad... One reason is that I can't afford to buy this, and the other reason is that you're having to sell such a wonderful knife. :(
