My favorite rectangle so far. Performed every task I threw at it with ease. Markin's work really shines with a taller profile throughout. Hard to find a better performing knife than his at this price IMO. Great edge retention on his steel and was able to grab tomato skins for multiple shifts. Never really had to take it to any coarse stone, just a few passes on some finer grit and it was like new. Breezes through onions and will easily split a squash without worry. Probably shouldn't sell but I have some other knives I'd like to get some time on the board with.
