received this as a trade and it’s done beautifully. Just I prefer a 240 and this is a little too big at 270mm. I used it to prepare a meal, obviously used before me. No major scuffs or scratches. Beautiful Damascus pattern or shirogami 2 with carbon steel Damascus. I have read these are super reactive but did not experience it with my one time use. Cuts well. Custom handle of marble wood, nickel silver, rosewood, and 2400 year old Ukrainian bog wood. The saya is marble wood with a hand spun nickel silver pin. No box or paper.
