I just actually got this, but I’m leaning towards cheaper boning knives. and cheaper knives in general. I’ve deboned one chicken. The knife looks amazing IMO. But that’s subjective to everyone. Asking $325 shipped to USA/Canada from Canada

Let’s bump this to 275. Nothing wrong with the knife at all, just haven’t used it very much. I would also like to be perfectly transparent. I have NOT managed to lean towards cheaper knives in general . Haha. 🤷🏻‍♂️
 
Fourth of July bump. I really don’t need two honesuki. I can appreciate honesuki are a tough sell here, but this really is a great knife. I think they go for 500cdn (around 390 usd plus or minus) at knifewear and are not in stock for some time. So I’ll lower it once more to 250, at $140usd off retail. Someone gets a good deal here imo
