Masamoto KS Gyuto

Have an opportunity to buy a 300 KS Gyuto. Anyone have any experience with this size KS blade? Have always wanted to try the KS range but haven't ventured longer than 270 with a gyoto yet...

I can't comment on the 300 but my 270, as noted above, runs 285 and is 55mm tall I'd personally buy it but i'm used to 270+ blades.

You will soon get used to the new size -- expect a few tip repairs, though.
