I am selling this wonderful Masashi Yamamoto (Yoshikane) SLD Damascus Gyuto 240mm witch is not used yet.
It comes with the original box witch is also in an wonderful condition.

Blade height: 56mm
weight: 232g
core steel: SLD Semi Stainless tool steel witch is hardened to around 63 HRC
Handle: Oval burnt chestnut with water buffalo horn collar

I have this exact knife and it has quickly become a favorite. The SLD steel contrary to popular belief is not hard to put a killer edge on and holds it like nothing else. I can chop tons of salmon/tuna up for spicy tuna/salmon and the edge still handles tomato skins etc. The height and weight are amazing. I won't be selling mine anytime soon.
