Bought this as a shallot slayer, which it is in spades due to thin grind, super thin tip and Ginsan stainless nature. Also, it had a very comfy western handle. This is “Matsuabara” aka Katsuto Tanaka, bought from mygoodknife . com, here is the link to the same knife in a different size.
