For sale is an unused Mauviel copper bowl purpose made for whipping egg whites.
I have never used it for whipping egg whites, or any other kind of food preparation. It has only been on display in my kitchen as decoration for two years or so. The patina is from handling (fingerprints) and wiping off dust every once in a while. I have some copper polish and can give it a shine if requested.
It is 28cm in diameter from rim to rim and decently thick solid copper. Can weigh it if requested.
