I'm selling two completely different but excellent knives.

First: a Mazaki kasumi gyuto 210mm
White steel with iron cladding
I'm not the first owner. The knife shows some patina and signs of usage, but otherwise it is in great condition
I don't have the exact measurements but JNS had them listed as:
Heel to Tip Length- 210mm
Blade Height at Heel- 50mm
Width of Spine at Handle- 4,7mm
Weight- 156 g

Second: a Ashi Hamono Stainless gyuto 210mm
Swedish steel
The epitome of lasers. Incredibly thin and light
Again, I don't have the exact measurements, but it is something like:
Heel to Tip Length- 209mm
Blade Height at Heel- 43mm
Width of Spine at Handle- 1,75mm
Weight- 108 g
