I’m going to preface this by saying I really do not want to sell any of these, but I need money extremely badly at the moment so here we are. I will post updated pics later today. I’m pricing them to move, but am open to offers as I’m in a hurry. Only the Kawachi has the original edge. I’m happy to flitz patina off any and everything before shipping. $20 off for each additional knife you purchase.
Mazaki ku 270mm (276x41) shiro 2 sujihiki ($300)(Sold)
- bought 2ish years ago from yoshihiro, used maybe 5 times. Comes with a fantastic saya from custom chop shop.
Martell 240mm (236x55) Gyuto 52100 ($325) (Sold)
- again, I’ve had for about 2 years. For those who remember, this was the blue bowling ball handle guy. I bought for $350 and had the handle changed and a saya made via porter customs (matching walnut).
Kawachi 240mm (245x56) shiro 2 ($375) (Sold)
- Had this for a couple weeks now. One of the best pure cutters I’ve used. Used once to test on a carrot and potato. It has the upgraded burnt chestnut handle which fits the knife surprisingly well. Asking what I paid.
Northside 240x58 Honyaki Gyuto 26c3 ($500)(Sold)
- Had this for about a year. One of my favorite knives. Super sturdy, surprisingly good grind and edge retention. As most of you know I’m Lucas’ #1 fan and cannot stress enough how great of a knife this is for the price. Once I’m back on my feet, the first thing I’m doing is buying another Honyaki from him.
Thanks for looking,
Nick
