SOLD Mert Tansu 240mm Takefu SG2 Damascus Gyuto

Up for sale is this stunning 240mm gyuto from Mert. Unfortunately it is a tad out of my comfort zone with the length. Edge touched up a couple times on an okudo suita. There are a few spots of what I'd assume is resin from stabilization of the wood on the handle.

The handle is made of ambonya burl with a mokume bolster. Here is the original post of the knife with some more pics from Mert.

2nd tone of ambonya near the end of the handle. Pretty rare if I understand correctly. As if the knife wasn't already special enough.
