An awesome knife, top of the line FF and a special steel (made in house from scratch by Mert himself). This knife made into the final group for me after trying a very large number of knives (https://www.kitchenknifeforums.com/...tern-maker-recommendations.69556/post-1100803), but I need to continue to downsize given I am a home cook and really should stop using 5 gyutos to cut 3 potatoes. From one of the best wootz maker around today and probably the cheapest legit wootz you will see. Given Mert's Turkish background, he's really the perfect person to make wootz steel.
