I've bought this from here bnib. Edge haven't been sharpened, only seen couple of swipes on felt. I've used it around 10 home meal prep. Carries a smooth protective patina, which I can remove(reluctantly) if the buyer wants. If this would be inch or so longer I would keep this but I have too many 240-50ish to feel comfortable having so something needs to go. I would like to get 385usd/360eur plus shipping.
