Second owner. Purchased from a KKF user brand new for much more than I'm asking and had the handle replaced by Sean Porter. I think I sharpened it once. If not, I stropped it once. Handle is Masur birch and brass. Smith is Nakagawa. Sharpener was not disclosed.

Thanks, Malcolm! The factory handle was oversized and didn't work well with the blade. IMO, the new handle is a much better match.

Found out from Migoto that the smith is Nakagawa, but he wouldn't disclose the sharpener.

I absolutely agree with you on this..!! For I only owned one of his knives but the cutting performance is amazing .! It’s my only mirror finish as well. It’s a $600 petty knife..! The F&F top notch..! I wish I was a 270mm guy ..!! I would have bought weeks ago..! Hear read this ..!
