Selling a BNIB Minamoto no Masakane 300mm gyuto from JNS. Cool knife. And a full 300mm+ in size. Great monosteel, would be a good practice knife, big prep, etc. I think my cost after exchange rate was just over $210. Asking $160 CONUS or $190 Int'l which should be around $50 below VAT price.

I picked up one of these recently during a visit to Bernal Cutlery. I have to say these knives perform surprisingly well given the cost. SK steel is no slouch - very easy to sharpen, tough, not as reactive as shirogami and can take a pretty great edge (I took mine up to 5k). For this price it’s definitely worth giving it a shot.
