Selling my very lightly used Misono Sujihiki - original box included.
I used the knife only about 4-5 times, always wiping and applying Tsubaki Oil to keep it in good shape. Never sharpened. This was my first carbon steel knife and ultimately I learned that I just prefer stainless - I have too much going on in the kitchen at home while cooking!
Hopefully it'll find a good home. This one has a really great fit and finish.
