Lots of wabi sabi… but great steel and some of the best feeling iron ever. Cuts well now but could use some continued grind refinement over time, but I took out the frown towards the tip. @refcast might have some info on the maker or color commentary on the steel. Bought several from this old brand and am whittling down to just one to keep. Great banding in the iron too.
