Looking to sale my fine finish TF. Originally purchased at strata ($425). Blade is on the tall side for a 210mm gyuto at 54mm at the heel. Could’ve been one of my forever knives but I just reach for and prefer 240mm gyutos like 95% of the time. Open to trades for TF 240s. Besides world famous wabi sabi there isn’t an any gaps or spaces on the handle.
I’m thinking $360 shipped?
