This knife was listed in my Fall Sale and I wanted to provide more information on some of the knives from that sale. Knife has not been used or sharpened. Purchased from Chefs Edge for $310. On their IG, it was stated this was produced by a well known maker and sharpener. I may be mistaken but I thought I read somewhere these are made by Mazaki. I could be wrong but they seem to be imo.
