SOLD Moritaka Aogami Super Gyuto 270 with Ebony Handle

Bought this new in October 2021. Installed a K&S ebony handle (for 240 gyuto). Knife’s shoulder smoothed. Bevel thinned. Patina removed.

Asking for $250 shipped CONUS.

Measurements:
270 mm*53.5 mm
249 gram; balanced at ~3 cm ahead of the heel (see picture 3 below)
Spine is 4.5mm thick at handle, 3.5 above the heel, 2.1 in the middle and 0.9 mm at 1 cm from the tip.

Did you remove the KU or did it just come off? It looks super cool and rustic like this. Grind looks great too.

Mostly removed by me if I recall correctly. The kurochi did come off easily though.
