Looking to pick up a Munetoshi 170 boning knife or Silverthorn boning knife or 8" scimitar. On the cheap/used would be super duper!

*edit I'm also in need of a carbon or stainless CCK 1303

The Silverthorne is a nice, thin, boning knife best suited for "finesse" work. The Mune butcher is a very robust boning knife that excels at rough work.

For an in-betweener, suggest you shop the bay for a 7" Forgecraft boner. It'll cost less than 30 shipped and you can restore how you like. And at the end of the day it's a great boning knife.
