Traded me a Raquin 240 KT Gyuto and am now looking to sell my Munetoshi. This is an awesome knife but I simply don’t need two 240+ blades so it is good to go.
It’s a 245 from Cleancut with a burnt chestnut handle installed by me and I have eased the choil a bit while doing it. This version seems to have a less flat profile than the JNS version.
Actual edge length is 247 with 51mm height at the heel, weighing 221g.
The knife is only lightly used for two meals at home and still has its initial edge.
Due to the handle upgrade I would like to price it around retail price and am looking for 200€ (250$) shipped in Europe, for international shipping I will cover the first 15$.
